Abstract :
This paper studies the process of transforming old industrial buildings from the perspective of a transformation strategy based on sustainable development, functional replacement of buildings, and reduced energy consumption. The exemplary case is reuse of the boiler room, where a transformation method based on functional replacement and low power consumption are presented.
