  • Abstract
    By summarizing the development and application of Emergency Rescue Support System, this paper analyzes the necessity of Emergency Rescue Information Platform of Comprehensive Transportation System (EIPT). Because the emergency information and emergency rescue are associated with different departments, and the information platform has to deal with kinds of heterogeneous data, the three-level framework of EIPT is put forward based on Web Services for decision makers to share information and unify command, and the functions of EIPT are designed. The methods and procedures of EIPT are illustrated with the help of an application, which include the establishment and issuance of services, query and binding of services.
