Abstract :
A novel fully-differential capacitor measuring circuit is presented in this paper. Baseline drift is reduced by using a reference branch and the offsets of two op-amps are cancelled by each other. The simulation results show that linearity of this measuring circuit achieves 99.98%, baseline drift reduces to 4mV and sensitivity error between simulated result and theoretical calculated result is below 3%.
