By using the simulation analysis software Dest-c, Analyses the cooling load of office building in Lanzhou city. On the base of cooling load calculation, the paper studies the percentage of dissatisfaction and cooling load in air conditioning for three different Partition for Identical layout at the same building, simulation results shows cooling loads are relatively stable for Internal room. Contrary to this, the cooling load of exoteric area is fluctuating and is affected easily by outdoor meteorological conditions. Through the analysis and comparison of the three schemes for the building, setting inner rooms and exterior rooms in different system respectively, is reasonable and just.
