Abstract :
In the straw composting, cellulose-degrading strain plays an important role in improving the degradation rate of cellulose. The test isolated 8 strains of bacteria, 8 strains of actinomyces and 8 strains of fungi for degrading cellulose from straw compost. After primary screening of 24 strains by the congo-red plate and fester test with filter paper, 3 efficient cellulose-degrading strains F2, F3 and Z5 with high enzyme activity were screened by measuring their filter paper enzyme (FPase) activity and CMC enzyme (CMCase) activity. These efficient degrading cellulose strains can be researched for further study and used in the actual straw compost, laiding an strong foundation to improve the effect of straw compost.
