Abstract
Low inertia electrical drives need an optimized on-line control and/or high speed processors. The paper is focused on a special data processing for obtaining a fast and accurate fuzzyfier. After methods and experiments based on look-up-table control with standard microcontrollers that proved an unexpected accuracy for positioning systems, the author presents several ideas, original relations, simulation results and on-line timing recordings for implementing an on-line fuzzy inference algorithm with same low-cost/medium performance microcontrollers. The paper also reveals the concrete ways for treating many procedures presented in literature as principles, in a transparent mode.
