Abstract :
The transportation price system can not be changed in a short time, the volume is also limited. So the transportation enterprise can only reduce its cost in order to increase its profit. As the most important part of transportation cost, locomotive cost is studied in this paper. By structure analysis and factor decomposition method, this paper confirmed the most important part of transportation cost is locomotive cost and its unit consuming of fuel. Through specialist interview, the influential factors are primarily fixed on. This paper sets up a multiregression analysis model and identifies the most important influential factors of the locomotive unit fuel consuming. They are the average traction weight, technical speed and the way parking time. According to the outcome, this paper clarifies some improper consciousness and gives some suggestions to enhance the locomotive cost management.
