  • Abstract
    In this paper, we describe the design scheme and implementation of a GMS(green energy message specification) for networked hybrid power plant modules. In particular, a networked module based on the GMS is implemented for controlling and monitoring for system of hybrid power plant. The implemented system can be used as a design framework of a GMS system for a practical hybrid power plant. Experimental results show an availability of GMS for a green energy power plant.
