Abstract :
Knowledge innovation is an important part of modern enterprise innovation. Only through digging, innovating and exploiting knowledge, can modern enterprise gain sustainable competitiveness. This paper makes review and comment on modern enterprise knowledge innovation from four aspects: knowledge entity of enterprise, knowledge innovation process, information technology tools of knowledge innovation and organizational management of knowledge innovation.
