Abstract :
With the development of system integration, business process modeling, analysis and reengineering play key roles in enterprise integration. There are several kinds of process modeling methods including IDEF3, ARIS, RAD and DFD. However, none of them provides a satisfactory methodological method for process analysis. At the same time, developing the work breakdown structure (WBS) and the schedule of a complex project is hard work. In this paper, an integrating framework of process management and project management is discussed. An information mapping method between them is presented, Based on this framework and method, WBS can be obtained easily for project management and, at the same time, the project management method can help us perform process analysis and reengineering, so that process management and project management systems can be integrated.
