Abstract :
A new hyperchaotic system is formulated by adding a periodic driving signal gammacos(omegat) to the second equation of the three-dimensional autonomous Lorenz chaotic system. Some detailed dynamical behaviors of the new hyperchaotic system were investigated, revealing an interesting property: existent of chaotic orbit with two zero Lyapunov exponents. The new hyperchaos was not only demonstrated by numerical simulation, but also verified with bifurcation analysis.
