Abstract :
Information management level in Administration of Press and Publication lags behind the development of industries widely. This paper fully analyzes problems encountered in dealing with information by the administration and designs an information platform fit the administrative business in the Bureau of Press and Publication. The platform is already run in Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Press and Publication.
