Abstract :
The direct frequency synthesizer has advantages of excellent frequency stability, low phase noise, but it is difficult to suppress its spurious signals very well. This paper describes a optimized circuit scheme of direct frequency synthesizer, which output power up to 15 dBm, spurious signals suppression reaches -55 dBc and the phase noise at 1 kHz offset from carrier is about -90dBc/Hz.
