  • Abstract
Applications designed to meet a company´s needs, and retrospectively, its customer´s needs by minimizing the time it takes to process informative reports are described. The company´s management analyzes these reports for the ultimate purpose of meeting their customers´ needs and forecasting future production demands. Inherently, the developed applications promote efficiency and productivity within the workplace. This is apparent as less time is spent by an employee in accumulating the necessary information to produce various reports. In doing so, more time is spent by the employee in performing other tasks that can further enhance a company´s net value. The real power of these software applications lies in their ability to create intelligent graphical user interfaces (GUIs), utilizing object-oriented visual programming tools
