Abstract :
Start with cloud computing, SOA and Web 2.0, the three current emerging technologies, through composite applying, propose the mutational practice of user interactive question and answering system, which bases on mobile platform, research and probe the composes of system, flow work and its distinct property, and preview its commercial and technical significance.
