Abstract :
Most of our highway vehicle management model takes the toll as the main collection of the basis of vehicle data and the highway testing equipment as the highway vehicle dynamic acquisition. This kind mode of fixed location data collection has shortcomings that a larger statistical error and can´t be accurately calculated. This paper established a high way traffic information monitoring conceptual model based on the technology of the internet of things with the wireless communication technology of the internet of things. It replaces the traditional highway toll card by smart card (RF card). On this basis, this article aims an accurate statistical model of traffic flow, predicts short-term traffic flow and designed a visual safety warning information system with traffic flow prediction.
