Abstract :
Usine d´Electricite de Metz (France) is currently involved in a vast telecontrol project for its high and medium voltage power networks. The originality of the operation lies in the overall approach to the problem, with the integration, during requirement analyses, of aspects relating to telecontrol, control support and maintenance, service quality management and network scheduling, so as to ensure that the information system will have maximum coherence and pertinence. The connection of oscilloperturbographs to the telecontrol system was envisaged during the functional study of control support (SCADA/DMS)
