Abstract :
The pollution caused by coal-fired power is serious, the coal-fired power enterprises is the main pollutants emitters in our country. The series of environmenta impact bring by coal-fired power enterprise economic activity not only will cause environmental problems, and will eventually seriously restrict coal-fired power enterprise´s sustainable development. But at present, The root of the coal-fired power enterprise ignore the environment problem is ignorance of environmental cost. Not internalize the environment cost cause electric price distortion and market failure. As the profit-seeking enterprises the coal-fired power enterprises will not to internalize the environment cost initiatively, which will lead to cost increase. Therefore we need government and relevant departments to take measures to guide coal-fired power enterprises to internalize the environment cost, make environment cost and electric price integration, reflect the true price and finally make coal-fired power enterprise in power market constantly improved technology to reduce the production cost, introducing the environmental protection equipment reduces environmental cost, reduce the environmental pollution and maintain sustainable development of green electric power.
