Abstract :
Evaluation model based on cloud gravity center has been established aiming at how to make comprehensive evaluations on partner evaluation in virtual logistics alliance. This approach is based on partner evaluation index system, and decision-making matrix is formed according to the evaluation state value given by experts, synthesized integration to power figuring is conducted to distribute each index weight, cloud model of each index is calculated by cloud theory, and then the good or bad potential partners can be told by evaluating weighted deviation in an ideal situation. Examples are given to validate the feasibility and usability.
