Abstract :
Power load is a very important problem of factory production. Many industrial enterprises such as large-scale chemical plants with high automation and continuous production processes are facing the problem of violent fluctuations of power load offering. On the basis of generalizing and simplifying these problems, this paper presents an automatic power load regulation method-the unit discretization method-which could reduce this fluctuation and protect equipment while not changing the plant´s production plan. A software package and system simulation based on the method are also presented
