Abstract :
In recent years, Logistics Park development becomes the focus of local governments. However, the successful cases are infrequent. It has showed some problems which mainly manifested as imitating blindly and low-level repeating building. Based on this reality, with logistics park influence factor analysis, grey fuzzy multi-attribute decision making model has been build. Besides, example application on Wuhan New Port Logistics Park is discussed in the last part, which has some referential meaning to terminal logistics park development mode decision.
