Abstract :
This paper targeted on optimized teaching by establishing a whole-processing online teaching system whose core is the psychology testing system. By taking the environmental and individual factors as cut-ins, this paper fully in virtue of psychology and network technic and puts out referential valued index system according to the students´ personalities and growing regulations after participating in their every segments of their studies and development during the whole-process. It is carrying out the matched education and teaching measures pertinently so as to improve and enhance the quality of teaching.
