Abstract :
Personal communication support enhances control over reachability in telecommunication. Conversion and screening technologies of communication media, combined with QoS evaluation, allow to focus on the semantics of the information instead of the carriage. The paper considers how a CORBA-based implementation allows scaling from Java clients to IN service nodes and TINA integration
