Abstract :
Summary form only given. Carbon suspension optical limiters have remarkably low activation thresholds and a large dynamic range. We have recently performed an experiment to measure the scattered light as a function of angle and time for various input energies, and an experiment to measure the limiting as a function of laser wavelength. Results from these experiments will be presented in this talk
