Abstract :
Multi-Agent system can be seen as societies whose individuals and software agents acting on behalf of their owner(people or organizations). In an open network, Multi-Agent systems face some security issues. EDSMS used by government is an open and distributed Multi-Agent system. This paper analyses some secure requirements for EDSMS, and then designs and implements the security mechanism which is composed of trust access control and role access control based on Agent (TACA&RACA). With the proposed method, the authorization is established by trust and role assignments for users according to administrative lever and domain. Finally the paper gives the conclusion to the proposed mechanism.
