Abstract :
While running a project a project manager will know which jobs are most important, and which deadlines are most important to meet. If a project delay, it would probably consume huge additional resources to cut down the time. Based on the Time-cost Trade-off Curve from crashing algorithm the project manager can understand the movement trend of cost with the change of time.
