Abstract :
A supplier selection model considering multi-period price rebate and logistics cost was established and the tabu search (TS) algorithm for it was designed. To simplify the process for solution, the three-dimensional decision was turned to a one-dimensional vehicle routing problem (VRP). The swap and move neighborhood operations were designed based on node P neighborhood. The tabu search algorithm was applied to optimize an example and the results by different solution constructs and heuristic algorithms were compared. This test showed the validity of the supplier selection model considering multi-period price rebate and its algorithm.
