Abstract :
We have used sol-gel spin-coating method to prepare nano-crystalline titanium dioxide (TiO2) films. An assembly of indium-tin oxide(ITO)/nano-crystalline TiO2/polyaniline/Al has been made in a sandwich structure. The junction thus obtained shows rectifying behavior. Their I-V characteristics indicate that a p-n junction at nano-crystalline TiO2-polyaniline interface has been created .In our experiment, we change the ratio of titanium alkoxide and ethanol in process of preparing TiO2 sol, when the ratio of titanium alkoxide and ethanol at 3:7, the largest open voltage(Voc) of 0.397 V and short current density(Jsc) of 65.9 muA/cm2 are obtained under simulated solar radiation (50 mW/cm2).
