Abstract :
An overview of current and future multi-channel terrestrial and satellite broadcasting services in the Arab world is presented. Based on the experience of existing commercial operators in the region, the economics of multi-channel services is analyzed and the strategy for successful introduction of pay television in the Arab world market is discussed
