Abstract :
Purchase management is an important sub-system of ERP system and an important part of the entire enterprise management, too. The paper will research mainly on the goal and the function of procurement management based on ERP, and the mechanism transformation adapting to ERP system is proposed from procurement operations workflow, procurement cycle, to supplier management structure, the time and the costs can be reduced and the efficiency of procurement management will be improved to meet the production requirements of the material procurement.
