Abstract :
According to operating mechanisms of push-mode supply chain and pull-mode supply chain, their dynamics models were established. Then the contrastive simulation analysis of systemic characteristics of push-mode supply chain and pull-mode supply chain were conducted based on stablity, Bullwhip Effect and optimization ways. The results indicate that: The delivery of pull-mode supply chain is more stable than the one of push-mode supply chain; Bullwhip Effect in push-mode supply chain is more obvious than the one in pull-mode supply chain; the deliveries of push-mode supply chain and pull-mode supply chain can be optimized through changing order cycle time, but changing target inventory can only optimize the delivery of pull-mode supply chain, not optimize the one of push-mode supply chain.
