Abstract :
Design theory of THz, TM-mode coaxial Bragg reflector is presented, which is expected to construct the cavity in cyclotron autoresonance maser (CARM) oscillators. Specific example operating in a TM6,2 mode at frequency of 350 GHz shows high reflectivity and good frequency selectivity.
