Abstract :
In this paper, we have analyzed a pulsed power generators for EUV generator using Multi-stage Magnetic Compression Circuit. The system consists of a semi-conductor switch and 4-staged MPC with saturable inductors. The core model and MPC circuit were established using Pspice Model editor, From the simulation results, the system can generate the pulses with ~ 30kV of peak voltage, and the rise time and the pulse width are 85 ns, 100ns respectively. The simulation results are well agreed with the experimental results.
