Abstract
Hierarchy fuzzy control (HFC) in the power system is an intelligent control method with the hierarchy of the modern power network. In large scale power systems, power network information flow needs transmission of high quality, along with the developing modern multimedia technology, so much attention is paid to the problem of harmonic interference with information transmission in power systems. The paper introduces the hierarchy system analysis (HSA) method and fuzzy control technology (FCT) to study the procedure of harmonic interference information transmission in power systems, and makes use of other relative knowledge such as artificial intelligence, expert system, neural computer and real time control in power systems etc., to build a hierarchical fuzzy control program (HFCP) for harmonic interference information transmission in power systems. The HFCP is mainly used to control and adjust the harmonic interference with information transmission in power systems, in order to make the electric department and communication department develop communication quality effectively
