Analysis of current situation and innovation of physical education in vocational colleges — Introduction of national sports into sports classes

At present, our researches on physical education reform in vocational colleges are contending. A large number of articles published by experts provide meaningful suggestions and measurements. However, in actual operation much remains to be improved. The ideas of "happy sports" and "lifelong sports" have not enjoyed popular support. This dissertation attempts to introduce national sports into classes of vocational colleges and set up nuevo physical exercise with national characteristics from feasible aspects.
