Abstract :
Power supply enterprises to develop service quality evaluation is to better meet customer needs, it plays an important role in enhance enterprise competitiveness and achieve healthy and sustainable development. This paper built the external evaluation index system of power supply service quality by 30 indicators of affect the quality of power supply enterprise services, and combines subjective weighting method of AHP and objective weighting method of entropy-weight method establishes the combined weights, constructs the comprehensive evaluation model based on the combinatorial weighting method and grey relational degree. Finally, the six power supply bureau service quality was demonstrated, the result shows that the model is feasible and effective.
