Abstract :
Grid computing has emerged as a significant new model of computing. Computing grids can be constructed in a centrally organized way, or they can be constructed by mobilizing ad hoc networks of autonomous systems. The primary uses to date have involved the collaboration around information processing tasks and file sharing tasks.
