Abstract :
Considering the requirements of abstracting, sharing and integrating the existing multiple heterogeneous information management systems in the E-government information technology, the architecture of E-government information management platform based on SOA framework is designed in this paper. The sharing and integration of multiple heterogeneous information data are realized. The existing systems can be used to create new value. The reduction of work flow can be responded faster. The flexible information framework of government office is realized. Thus a new solution for the distribution under the E-government circumstance of multiple ministries and the sharing of heterogeneous management information data is proposed.
