  • Abstract
    The paper studies and develops the N2C2 (Neural Network Controlled Communication) processor applied to RBN (Reverse Baseline Networks). The throughputs of the N2C2 processor are shown by simulation results to be better than the conventional algorithm. Also, the N2C2 processor has successfully solved many optimization control problems
