  • Abstract
    Fluid-filled on-chip polymer lenses incorporated into a microfluidic flow cytometer are used to localize excitation and allow for multi-parameter measurements. These improvements lower signal variation while maintaining throughput in a low-powered, disposable polymer chip device.
