  • Abstract
    The resonant characteristic of the cylindrical microwave cavity filled with complicated dielectric in rubidium frequency standard is investigated by using mode matching method. In order to study main factors influencing resonant characteristic, resonant frequencies of HE111 mode are calculated and compared with commercial software (CST) results. The results show good agreement between theoretical computations and CST simulations. This work is of great significance for cavity design and theory perfection in atomic frequency standard.
