Abstract :
SOA(Service-Oriented Architecture) can solve data exchanging problem between Heterogeneous Systems. In view of the difficulty of heterogeneous system integration which telecommunication operator faces, the Telecom Order Processing Subsystem Based on SOA is proposed in this paper. The implementation of this system adopts a multi-layer architecture and based on J2EE platform. The function of different layer and implementation mechanism is described in this paper. This system can solve the problem of data information inconsistency effectively since it has the characteristics of crossing-platform and loose coupling.
