Abstract :
In the paper, the 3D model of the Jinlinshan mine ventilation system was built with the FDS software, then the electric cable fire was set at the mine shaft station, then the process of smoke spreading was simulated with use of the model of mixture Fraction Combustion. The variation of the parameters including the smoke temperature, CO concentration and visibility in the tunnel along with time were obtained through the analysis of the FDS simulation result, and the hazard zone during the fire was determined, which provided the theoretical basis to formulate emergency plan and to conduct mine anti-wind.
