Abstract
The rapid development of urbanization and inappropriate land use is changing the stable natural drainage system, which has produced serious consequences of environmental and economic losses. A science and fair land use planning and design will provide basic evidence for the healthy development, watershed management, protection and comprehensive governance. According to the analysis of the main problems of land planning and design on waterside areas in our country, there is a basic thought, strategies and models to the land use planning of healthy watershed in this paper, combined to the watershed of the functional system of the basic principle.
