Abstract
As anyone that has tried to use RF in VXI or PXI platforms can tell you, shielding and isolation is a challenging task. It is so hard in fact that MMS (Microwave Module System) was developed as a specialized platform to minimize RF interference. Although the overall problem still remains, some companies have figured out how to obtain good RF performance in these platforms.
