Abstract :
Biophotonics of laser-tissue interaction at low intensity laser radiation on blood oxyhemoglobin is the interesting field of modern photomedicine and photobiology. The results in vivo investigations of laser-induced photodissosiation of oxyhemoglobin in cutaneous blood vessels and its role in biomedical processes are presented. New optical technology for increasing the local oxygen concentration in biological tissue is developed.
