In this experience report, we will share the practices learnt and exercised over the past 3 years that helped us cope with the common challenges of large scale enterprise projects. The concept of "Application Lifecycle Intelligence" discussed in this paper covers the key principles of these best practices. It shares the additional analytics and metrics that allowed HP to enable cross time zones collaboration and alignment through transparency and provides insights into quality and risk.
