  • Abstract
    In this paper, we construct a two-dimensional orthogonal multiscaling function by using n filters and a two-dimensional orthogonal single scaling function, and several equivalent conditions are received. Finally, for the study on a special FIR filters, the method of this construction is effective from an example.
