Abstract :
In this paper, a method is given to a new compactly supported symmetric and anti-symmetric multi-wavelet from a compactly symmetric scalar wavelet. The new multi-wavelet has similar property with the wavelet. At last, the Harr and cubic B spline is given in the method as an example.
