Abstract :
Several LDPC-coded modulation schemes enabling ges100 Gb/s transmission using commercially available components operating 40 Giga symbols/s are presented: (a) coded orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM), (b) bit-interleaved coded modulation (BICM), and (c) multilevel coding (MLC).
